2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons lite chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons finely chopped peanuts
1 tablespoon 1% low-fat milk (I used fat free skim)
2 cups vanilla low-fat ice cream
Combine first four ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk until blended.
Place 1/2 cup ice cream into each of 4 serving bowls; top each with 2 tablespoons peanut butter mixture.
